We are rapidly growing and looking for highly motivated team players to lead the continued growth of our brand in the Regina market. *Role:* we are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining residential HVAC systems, including furnaces and air conditioners (boilers is a plus). Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. *Key Responsibilities:* * Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems * Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. * Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner. * Provide exceptional customer service and explain repair options to homeowners. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Work with our software for dispatching and scheduling (Service Titan) *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in residential HVAC service and repair. * HVAC certification and licensing * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. * Valid driver?s license and clean driving record. *What We Offer:* * Attractive Compensation: earn wage of $40-56 per hour, based on experience * New Vehicles: work with new, fully equipped Mercedes Sprinter vans * Comprehensive Benefits: enjoy a full benefits package for you and your family * Allowances: receive allowances for tools and cell phone * Future Security: participate in our RSP plan after your first year Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40.00-$56.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Company car * Dental care * On-site parking * RRSP match * Vision care Ability to commute/relocate: * Regina, SK S4R 2M9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person- LocationRegina, SK
