*NewU Physio* *Medical Receptionist ? Ideal for students!* *Job Summary* NewU Physio is a newly renovated private practice located in the heart of Orleans, dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clientele. We are currently seeking a customer service superstar to join our team as a part-time medical receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and screening patients, managing practitioner?s schedules, answering the phones, managing day-to-day clinic operations, sending faxes, some cleaning, and liaising with other clinics, among other tasks. We take pride in offering a fantastic work environment for our team! *Ideal Attributes:* *- Must be bilingual (Fluent in French and English - oral, written, reading)* - A team player with excellent time management and organizational skills - Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and calm demeanor - Interpersonal skills: attentiveness to detail, professionalism, positive attitude, flexibility, ability to self-regulate - Proficient with computers - Keyboard skills: over 30 WPM - Capable of managing multiple practitioners' schedules simultaneously and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. - Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality. _Please note: Previous experience in a medical or rehabilitation clinic is an asset, but not mandatory. _ *What We Offer:* - Pleasant work environment - All Personal Protective equipment supplied by the clinic - Ergonomic workstation located behind a sneeze guard - Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Jane Medical Software are used - Dynamic team with team building activities - Wage: $16.20-20$/hour - Hours: · 3+ hours/week *INCLUDING *1 evening shift every Wednesday from 2:30pm-5:30pm o Opportunity to work extra hours when filling in for staff (holidays or illness). · Flexibility to work during the daytime is an asset but not mandatory. *If you are interested, please call NewU Physio at (613-800-8300) or submit your letter of interest (bilingual) and your resume to info@newuphysio.com* *We look forward to hearing from you!* Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.20-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 3 per week Benefits: * On-site parking Schedule: * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationOrleans East, ON
