Being part of the process of selecting, hiring, training and scheduling of many personalities and positions takes people with a variety of talents and skills, including: * Excellent communication * Patience * Inclusive interpersonal outlook * A desire to coach, guide and develop staff * Experience in the restaurant business You will be expected to facilitate great Keg experiences every single visit, but you will also be held accountable for meeting budgets from a sales and cost perspective.
