With a commitment to excellence, we pride ourselves on professionalism, attention to detail, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. *Job Summary*: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auto body repair processes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to produce accurate estimates. As an Estimator, you?ll play a key role in helping customers understand repair needs and costs while supporting the team in providing timely, high-quality repair services. *Key Responsibilities*: * Evaluate damage on vehicles and provide detailed repair estimates. * Communicate with customers to explain the repair process, timelines, and costs. * Collaborate with insurance adjusters to ensure accuracy in estimates and approvals. * Document repair details and maintain records of all estimates and customer interactions. * Work with the repair team to provide insights on parts, labor, and repair methods. * Follow up with customers regarding updates on repairs and answer any questions. * Maintain knowledge of industry standards, repair techniques, and estimating software. *Requirements*: * Previous experience in auto body estimating, collision repair, or a related field. * Proficiency with estimating software Mitchell, Audatex and Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of Tesla EPC online catalogue, a benefit. * Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and repair processes. * Exceptional customer service and communication skills. * Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver?s license and clean driving record. *What We Offer*: * Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. * Health, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off and holidays. * Positive, team-oriented work environment.
