*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques and fabrication processes, with the ability to read and interpret schematics. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools and plasma cutting equipment. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating metal components to meet project specifications. *Responsibilities* * Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements. * Fabricate metal components according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality. * Assemble parts and structures using hand tools and welding equipment. * Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety standards. * Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role within the manufacturing or construction industry. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various welding equipment. * Proficiency in basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations. * Experience with plasma cutting and fabrication processes is preferred. * Ability to read and understand technical schematics and blueprints. * Familiarity with machining processes is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
