*Job Overview* Ruffin' It Dog Care is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales in our dog care facility's retail department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage store operations effectively. They will be knowledgable on the popular brands and trends. Posess a strong desire and willingness to work with dogs in a dog care facility is an asset. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. *Duties* * Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. * Lead, train, and develop a team of associates to ensure optimal performance and engagement. * Implement sales strategies to achieve store goals and enhance profitability. * Conduct interviews and oversee the hiring process to build a strong team. * Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Maintain an organized store environment that aligns with company standards. * Supervise daily activities of staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. * Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory tracking. * Foster a positive shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. * Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Excellent organizational skills to maintain store operations smoothly. * Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership. * Experience in interviewing and training staff effectively. * Knowledge of sales management techniques to drive revenue growth. * Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Proficiency in supervising staff while promoting teamwork and collaboration. * Familiarity with POS systems is essential for effective transaction processing.
