*Job Overview* We are a property management company offering a full-time position (or part-time base on your preference), for a Handyman/woman (residential and Airbnb). We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man/Woman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repair and maintenance, demonstrating the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. *Requirements:* 1) High energy, sense of humor 2) Commute daily to North Vancouver (Lonsdale Ave and Queens Rd) 3) Attend work 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 5 days a week 4) 24/7 on-call availability in case of emergency 5) Must have a vehicle (preferably a truck), to use for work. *Responsibilities*: - Gardening and landscaping (rain or shine) - Drywall: repair and installation - Mudding, sanding, caulking - Painting - Plumbing (light) - Electrical (light) - Carpentry (light) - Flooring (repair and Installation) - Appliance (repair and Installation) - Cleaning (exterior and interior) - Clogged toilets / drains - Home maintenance (Gutters, roof, ducts) - Other repair and installation or handy work If you are a motivated individual with a passion for home improvement and maintenance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
