*Job description:* Our growing company is looking for reliable person with cleaning experience to clean an apartment building in Guelph for 11 hours per week. The building is located near the intersection of Gordon and Waterloo. There is a mix of light and heavy duty cleaning tasks to be done. The position may occasionally require providing trades access, move recycling bins, etc. We are looking for an emphasis reliability and attention to detail. We are looking for someone friendly who carries themselves in a professional manner. Applicants must be available to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 3 hours during the day. As well as 2 hours on Tuesday. More cleaning hours may be available at different sites. *Job requirements:* Applicants must take pride in their work and be invested in providing tenants with a clean living environment. The position also requires that any issues we observe such as leaks, security issues, etc. be communicated to a supervisor. The candidate must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and be able to work well on their own. Being a self starter and having a good work ethic is an absolute must. Looking for candidates with experience cleaning such things as windows, bathrooms, hallways/stairwells, lounge, elevators, etc. More physically involved tasks include maintaining garbage rooms, moving around 2 wheel bins full of garbage, filling softener salt, mopping large areas, etc. *Responsibilities:* · Handling keys and FOB?s · Working in a safe manner · Reporting any damage to properties (i.e. emailing pictures) · Reporting any unsafe conditions · Use personal protective equipment as required · Monitoring levels of supplies *Working conditions: * Applicants must be available to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 3 hours during the day. As well as 2 hours on Tuesday. *Skills:* · Attention to detail · Customer service skills · Experience cleaning windows, bathrooms, elevators (stainless steel) · Ability to send messages and pictures via cell phone · Ability to lift 44 lbs (filling softener salt tanks) an asset · Managing their time effectively · Strong work ethic · Able to follow schedules and checklists · Self starter *Salary:* $18.25/hour to start We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those candidates in consideration for an interview will be contacted.
