* Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
* Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and expand professional connections.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in sales environments.
* Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Familiarity with account management practices and techniques for maintaining long-term client relationships.
* Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities is preferred.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
