Boggio Family of Pharmacies is looking for a Full- time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Niagara Falls. Boggio Family of Pharmacies is a family run pharmacy focused on providing exceptional customer service! There are 6 locations across the Niagara region - Port Colborne, Ridgeway, Fonthill, Niagara Falls, Grimsby and Welland. Duties & Responsibilities * Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner * Collect relevant patient information and create/update patient records on the computer * Prepare prescription orders by following the filling protocol *Maintain pharmacy stock through inventory control systems* * Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone * Build and maintain relationships with customers and other community members Qualifications * Experience using PharmaclikRX is an asset * Exceptional customer service skills * Strong mathematical skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong analytical skills * Strong listening and communication skills * Motivated, driven personality with the ability to take initiative * Ability to provide device demonstration to patients * Ability to navigate changing responsibilities throughout the day * Ability to effectively prioritize tasks * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexibility to work in more than one store location on occasion We thank you for your interest, only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
