We believe in creating a timeless home and acknowledge that the team we have is everything to accomplish a successful outcome. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* General Monthly accounting functions to include: Revenue, accounts receivable, system billing, and payroll Full cycle accounting Accountant payable invoice filing, entry, communication and reporting Review of A/R reposting and journey entry creation Retail shop revenue reconciliation Monthly general ledger banking reconciliations Participate in the creation of the business's annual operating plan. Monitor and administer financial policies and procedures. Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Documents Ability to work across a diverse range of business functions *EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in accounting or equivalent Enrollment or completion of the CPA program Full Cycle accounting experience Advanced proficiency in Quickbooks Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work *BENEFITS:* Comprehensive Healthcare fully subsidized RSP Matching Vacation Time Wellness Program Education support and training Team building events Join our team as an Accountant where your expertise will contribute to our financial success while providing you with opportunities for professional growth.
