Working on a rotating continental schedule, you will provide proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents. You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to emergencies in a quick and efficient manner. Job Description:General Tower & Parking Lot PatrolsReport WritingNote TakingOn the fly Problem SolvingHigh Customer ServiceLock Ups and UnlocksResponding to assistance requests from the Clients and Retail ClientsEnsure the safety and Security of the General Public on the propertyAssist General Public with Directions within the buildingAssisting Tenants and the Public with information inquiresSigning in and out ContractorsAssisting Tenants and the Public with use of the Wheelchair Access LiftClosing the Desk down for the evening returning certain building equipment to the Control Center at 19:00Assisting the Public with information inquiriesPatrolling the Retail Section (four levels)Patrolling the Parking Garage (five levels)Crosstraining on all roles (Patroller, Operator, etc.)Experience in CCTV monitoring, alarm monitoring, fire panels/systems is considered an assetOther duties as assignedQualifications:Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
