Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Tag and hang merchandise - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Requirements: - Fluent in English (multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks -Must be able to stand entire shift, lift up to 20lbs, and climb a step stool to assist customers with items from top of racks.
