<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Creative Door Services, North America's largest overhead door dealer, operates nine branches across Western Canada and we have over 55 years of experience in the residential and commercial overhead door industry. We provide access solutions by servicing and installing a variety of overhead doors and driveway gate systems, operators and associated controls.</p><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>We have an immediate opening for a <strong>Residential Inside Sales Representative </strong>in our <strong>Saskatoon</strong> branch. Reporting to the General Manager, the Residential Inside Sales Representative builds and maintains relationships with our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and job task variety.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Answering incoming calls</li><li>Dealing with walk in customers and providing product information</li><li>Preparing quotes and estimates</li><li>Following up on all quotes</li><li>Providing excellent customer service</li><li>Supporting joint sales, marketing and communications related activities</li><li>Updating and maintaining customer lists</li><li>Assisting with processing of warranty claims</li><li>Supporting the Residential division as needed</li><li>Participating in and supporting trade shows</li><li>Communicate with the Field Operations department/Install Coordinator for project scheduling</li><li>Maintain positive customer relationships, for CDS, in collaboration with the local Branch Manager and sales team</li><li>Maintain a positive attitude and communication style with customers and employees in all circumstances</li><li>In conjunction with the sales team, maintain the quote log for the division</li><li>Ensure all quotes and bids adhere to gross margin expectations for the division</li><li>Being an advocate for customer online reputation management campaigns to drive customer reviews and feedback</li><li>Provide coverage to various positions in the branch as needed</li><li>Any duties otherwise directed by the Branch Manager</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Customer service savvy and above average communication, written and verbal</li><li>Above average computer skills with working knowledge of MS Outlook (including calendar)</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and strong communication skills</li><li>Superior resourcefulness, integrity, and strong work ethic</li><li>Very organized with great attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>1-3 years of experience in customer service or related experience</li><li>Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Explorer</li><li>Experience managing sales cycles or customer relationships would be an asset</li><li>Possess a valid Driver's License and vehicle</li></ul><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><li>A positive work environment with competitive pay and an excellent benefit plan </li><li>Opportunity to build a long-term career with upward mobility</li><li>Excellent Health and Dental benefits offered for full time employees</li><li>COR Certified workplace</li><li>Equal opportunity employer</li></ul><p><strong>To Apply:</strong><br />If this career opportunity sounds like the right fit for you, <strong>apply online</strong> at <strong>creativedoor.com</strong> with your resume and include your salary expectations.
