Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Waste recycling. Tasks: Recommend measures to improve productivity . Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Prepare production and other reports. Supervise workers and projects. Weigh materials and goods. Oversee safety of operations. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Supervision: 3-4 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Overtime required. Personal suitability: Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
