We oversee and ensure compliance with MRM requirements ensuring that the bank has an effective risk management program within its risk appetite. If so, then apply for the position of Group Risk Analyst I. In this role, you will act as a specialist in providing advice, oversight, and commentary on risk related matters. In addition, you will manage operational processes including:Manage and perform data analysis of the model inventory's key fields to ensure that the information in the model inventory is complete and accurateIdentify and resolve data gaps within the model inventory, working with business partners across the enterpriseTriage new models for registration into the Model Inventory and process decommission requests of existing modelsKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCUSTOMERAnalyze potential risks and ensure risks are aggregated / escalated to appropriate areas;Support ongoing risk measurement activities by acquiring, analyzing and reporting business operational or relevant loss data;Provide regular risk analysis and reporting on operational loss performance of the business;Support business with analysis and reporting on risk issues and their impact which may include scenario analysis;Support established enterprise-wide risk escalation, review and approval processes, data management, policies and risk assessment processes;May also monitor/report on compliance, management, and strategic initiativesSHAREHOLDERContribute to various operational activities and processes as assignedConsistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriateBe knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and keep abreast of emerging trends for own functional areaProtect the interests of the organization ? identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high risk activities as necessaryConduct internal and external research projects; support the development / delivery of presentations / communications to management or broader audienceConduct reporting and / or meaningful analysis at the functional or enterprise level using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, assess the effectiveness of programs/ policies/ practicesMonitor service, productivity and assess efficiency levels within own function and implement continuous process / performance improvements where opportunities existsAcquire and apply expertise in the discipline, provide guidance, assistance and direction to othersIdentify, recommend and effectively execute standard practices applicable to the disciplineAdhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelinesMaintain a cult- LocationToronto, ON
