Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: All weather conditions. Work setting: Private sector. Tasks: Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Advertise vacancy. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants. Supervise other workers. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. Work with minimal supervision. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Bending, crouching, kneeling.
