The Sales Representative will work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with clients to deliver exceptional service and support. *Alcona Glen Elementary School* *1310 Innisfil Beach Rd, Innisfil, ON L9S 4B7* *Duties* * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape. * Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands to improve product offerings. *Skills* * Strong proficiency in basic math for processing transactions and calculating discounts. * Proven experience in sales, particularly in retail or technology sectors. * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and follow up on leads effectively. * Ability to sell products by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. * Experience in technical sales is a plus, especially in technology-related fields. * Proficiency in English is required; multilingual skills are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele. * Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships.
