*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for landscape maintenance. The Groundskeeper will work with various tools and equipment to ensure that gardens, lawns, and other green areas are kept in pristine condition. *Responsibilities* * Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Some snow shovelling, raking of leaves etc. * Power washing exterior structures / windows etc * Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks. * Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees by watering, weeding, and fertilizing as needed. * Irrigate plants and lawns to ensure proper hydration throughout different seasons. * Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair. * Assist in the planting of new flowers, shrubs, or trees as part of seasonal landscaping projects. * Keep all equipment in good working order through regular maintenance and cleaning. * Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the property. *Experience* * Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools used in gardening is a plus. * Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care techniques is beneficial. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in all tasks performed.
