The position is demanding but rewarding and under the general supervision of the Operations Manager. *Compensation for this position will include:* * Group Benefits Plan * Pension Plan * Flexible work schedule * Great team environment *As a valued member of the team, your core responsibilities will include:* * Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs * Manage deadlines and support your team to ensure timeliness * Reporting progress to clients * Selecting subcontractors and delegating work and expectations * Problem-solving to address delays, emergencies or other issues * Comply with safety and quality codes as well as legal requirements * Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project * Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals * Completes all O & M?s as built and turnover packages as required. * Travels to job sites. * Other duties as assigned *The following qualifications are required of the successful candidate:* * Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict-management * Computer literacy for spreadsheet and word processing software * Time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal setting * Familiarity with the work being done by each team member * Knowledge of various project management methodologies * Cost and risk management skills * Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills * Interpersonal skills * Ability to make important decisions under pressure * Problem-solving skills * Ability to delegate effectively * Friendly and approachable * Own transportation is required The ideal candidate will have experience with CMiC Software and Advanced Excel skills.
