This role requires a self-motivated and independent individual capable of executing high-quality welding repairs, minor fabrication, as well as painting and decal application. The ideal candidate will also have a mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform various small repairs on trucks and equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency and functionality of our fleet. A strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently are essential for success in this position. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform welding repairs and minor fabrication to ensure the structural integrity of roll-off bins. * Repaint bins and apply company decals to maintain a clean, professional appearance and extend their lifespan. * Inspect bins regularly to identify wear and proactively address any necessary repairs. * Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and complete tasks independently. * Follow safety protocols while performing welding, maintenance, and repair work. *Qualifications:* * Proficiency in welding with the ability to perform minor fabrication tasks. * Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. * Mechanical skills, with the ability to perform small repairs on trucks and equipment, are a plus. * High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. * Prior experience in bin/container maintenance is preferred.
