*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Technician to join our team. Touch2Play is celebrating more than 30 years as a leading company in the field. Touch2Play designs and manufactures secure, durable and attractive cabinets to house our proprietary Touch2Play touch screen game units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility, assist with different projects as needed. *Duties* * Perform computer and peripheral component repairs * Organize inventory of computer hardware and peripherals * Assembly and packaging of our systems and peripherals * Inventory management by tracking materials used on-site * Software troubleshooting * Setting up and installing new hardware and software systems * Record keeping * Provide complete maintenance reports * Upgrading firmware, software and hardware systems * Perform general labor tasks * Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members * Maintain a clean and organized work area *Skills* * Computer technical skills * Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team * Good communication skills to interact with team members, manufactures, suppliers and supervisors * Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the job * Technology inclined * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Previous experience in computer servicing and working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
