This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, a high level of organization, the ability to work well with a team and independently, and an understanding of basic warehouse functions. Experience for this position is preferred, but not required. *Employee Benefits:* * *100% Employer Paid* Extended medical and dental for full time employees. * RRSP program with employer contributions for full time employees. * Employee pricing on everything we sell! * Great work/life balance - we are always closed evenings, Sundays and statutory holidays. * Opportunities for career growth and development in a growing company *Responsibilities:* * Accurately receive incoming shipments in line with receiving policies. * Assist with picking and processing customer orders for instore and product transfers. * Work collaboratively to complete various store tasks such an inventory counting and auditing, warranty processing, online order fulfillment, and other duties as required. * Provide excellent customer service. * Be exceptional at creating and building long-lasting customer relationships. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse , ensuring all products are properly stocked, inventoried, and displayed. * Safely operate machines like forklifts or other equipment as directed. *Requirements:* * Previous experience in warehouse roles * Knowledge of warehouse practices and procedures and the requires safety measures of an operating warehouse. * Strong communication. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving an accurate inventory * Availability to work full-time schedule, be punctual, and reliable.
