This includes delivering Know-Risk Crop Marketing consulting services, executing futures and options strategies, and providing tailored physical and financial hedging solutions. The role also involves market intelligence, specialty crop trading, and educational support to help clients mitigate risks and enhance margins within volatile commodity markets.  Primary Accountabilities/ResponsibilitiesEngage in the role of Risk Management Consultant by monitoring client risk exposure, providing marketing guidance and identifying hedging opportunitiesBunities for hedging wiuild and maintain client base for financial services and hedging with futures/options execution utilizing StoneX exchange-traded or OTC accounts as well as opportth other OTC product typesDevelop and recommend fact-based risk mitigation and margin enhancement strategies for clientsPerform as a consultant with Know-Risk Crop Marketing client accounts including advisory, customized marketing strategy and farm specific tailored hedge plansAnalyze individual client operations to determine market exposure, price sensitivity and financial risksPerform market analysis, including reporting on commodities production, weather, and supply/demand variablesStrategize lead pipelines, proactively identifying prospects and soliciting opportunities for all StoneX product linesSolicit sales for all StoneX product lines including direct sales, referral prospects and sales renewals for existing clientsSupport clients with cost of production and customized hedge plansMonitor client positions and risk/opportunities in volatile commodity conditionsParticipate/attend client Know-Risk workshops and trade shows in Western Canadian locationsThis list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Economics or related fieldPrefer 5 years of Canadian agriculture experience - expert knowledge of the Canadian grain market including hedgeable commoditiesMust demonstrate a quantitative/analytical approach to commodity markets and the use of multiple risk management alternativesAbility to exercise autonomous judgment in assessing opportunities and riskOriginal and independent thinking is a must to identify and respond to customer needs through the structuring of effective solutionsFutures Licensing/Ethics course completion and registration with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) within 6-9 months of hiringAssociated Person with StoneX Financial Markets, LLC (SXM) course completion within 6-9 months of hiringWilling to travel for customer meetings, w- LocationUnknown
