The Opportunity:Company, Department: Nova Scotia Power, Substation Operations Location: Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia Closing Date: November 21st, 2024 We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join our team. Reporting to the Supervisor, Substation Operations, you will join a team of professionals at our Port Hawkesbury location. Key elements of this role include::As a member of the Substation Operations team, you will direct and perform all aspects of installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of electrical/electronic plant on the Transmission/Distribution System (e.g. reclosers, breakers, transformers, controls, protective relays, telecommunication, thermal and hydro equipment). You may be required to travel throughout the province for work related to maintenance, reliability, and customer restoration. You may be temporarily assigned to other- LocationPort Hawkesbury, NS
