Prescribing Pharmacist (Virtual) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Prescribing Pharmacist to join our team. The Prescribing Pharmacist will have the authority to prescribe medications under specific conditions and in accordance with applicable regulations. This role involves conducting patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and providing comprehensive medication management. The Prescribing Pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare providers, educate patients on medication usage, and ensure safe and effective treatment plans. Status: Contractor Availability: Minimum 8 hrs/week Compensation: $50-60 per hour Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical history, conducting physical examinations, and interpreting laboratory results. Diagnose certain conditions based on assessment findings and determine appropriate medication therapy. Prescribe medications and adjust treatment plans as necessary to- LocationVancouver, BC
