*Company Description* Interfinance Mortgage Corporation (12004) is a specialized mortgage brokerage focusing on private lending for residential real estate. *Role Description* You will be working in North York, ON. full-time, as a Business Development Manager (BDM). You will be responsible for seeking out new private mortgage opportunities, generating and nurturing client relationships, creating growth strategies, and working with internal teams to achieve targets. *Qualifications* Ø Mortgage Agent Level 2 is required Ø Must be able to work well in a team environment Ø Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Ø Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ø Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field Ø Strong time-management and organizational skills Ø Previous experience in the finance industry is necessary Ø Proven experience in business development in the mortgage brokerage sector. *Full-Time:* $60,000-$130,000 per year (plus bonus pay) *Work Location*: Ø In person *Flexible language requirement*: Ø French not required *Working Hours:* Ø Monday to Friday *Education*: Ø Bachelor's Degree (preferred) *Experience*: Ø Business development: 1 year (minimum) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$130,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: * Business development: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationNorth York, ON
