Green and Clean Home Solutions is a rapidly growing company in the Etobicoke and Mississauga area that specializes in providing interior and exterior painting/staining, window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure washing. We are currently seeking a field sales associate to join our team and help drive our continued growth. *Benefits:* * Joining and attending bi-weekly social events with different teams and divisions within G&C to further expand network and enjoy different events with colleagues. * Be part of a growing entrepreneurial minded team. We often promote sales staff internally. * Learn from some of the most successful and trained sales people who have been in the position before. * Meeting and networking with successful clients & prospects from a variety of different industries. *As a Field Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:* * Canvassing neighbourhoods where the company has existing business to acquire new leads, through in depth sales training. * Attending daily meetings in office prior to canvassing sessions to build sales acumen and measure results. * Navigating company software to input potential client/prospect information. * Generating leads and booking quote appointments in the field. * Handling common objections present within specified areas to see where the company can assist in filling gaps in the market and provide service. * Managing client inquiries and delivering print marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. * Working towards individual lead/appointment setting goals and contributing to the team's overall goals. * Attending virtual bi-weekly meetings to review progress and plan for the upcoming week. * Continuously seeking opportunities for growth and development within the company. *The ideal candidate for this position will possess:* * Strong communication skills and a friendly and outgoing personality. * Proven experience in sales or customer service. * The ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. * Detail oriented, accountable, and coachable! *Attention to detail* is the most important part of contracting and sales, so if you feel that all of this is exactly what you are looking for and have taken the time to read this posting, take an extra step after you click the apply button and email us a few short lines on why you would be the right fit for our company.
