Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Construction. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Oversee apprenticeship training. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Train or arrange for training. Operate CADD and other computer software systems. Estimate costs and materials. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Recommend personnel actions. Read blueprints and drawings. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Leading/instructing individuals. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Overtime required. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees .- LocationBolton, ON
