We provide cleaning services in multiple cities throughout the lower mainland and offer our employees competitive wages, commercial-grade cleaning equipment, and possible opportunities for career development in the industry.* *JOB DESCRIPTION\** *Job 1: Office Cleaning* *Wage:* $19.50 per hour *Location: *Baxter Place, Burnaby *Schedule: *Monday to Friday (earliest start time is 5pm) *Hours:* 3 hours per session (15 hours per week) *Job 2: Office Cleaning* *Wage:* $19.50 per hour *Location: *E 6Th Ave, Vancouver *Schedule: *Tuesday and Thursday (anytime between the hours of 7am-8pm) *Hours:* 2 hours per session (4 hours per week) *Job 3: Residential Strata Cleaning* *Wage:* $20.00 per hour *Location: *227 St, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 6H9 *Schedule: *Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday *Hours:* 6am-3pm (24 hours per week) Mandatory qualifications: * You own a smartphone with data * You own and drive a vehicle * You are authorized to work in Canada * No subcontractors Preferred qualifications: * 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience * Experience in surface disinfection * Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:* * Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture * Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors * Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas * Garbage and recycling disposal * Clean windows and mirrors * Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high * Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products *If you are interested in joining our team, please respond to this posting with the following documents and information:* * Resume * Availability (What days and times are you available during the week) * References (Mandatory) _We thank all applicants for their submissions.
