*Objective:* Registered Physiotherapist works at Health Bound Health Network at Homecare division provides clinical care to various clients. *Qualifications:* ? Master?s Diploma in Physiotherapy ? Registration with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario ? Excellent time management and organizational skills and able to work independently ? Excellent oral and written communication skills ? Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis ? The ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team. *Accountabilities:* ? Perform home therapy assessments, set goals and provide treatment plans for clients ? Initiate appropriate treatment intervention based on assessment ? Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress ? Meet and or exceed productivity standards ? Administer and collect outcome measurement information ? Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders ? Document and communicate care plan according to established guidelines and standards Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $47.00 per hour Expected hours: 6 ? 12 per week Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Licence/Certification: * CPO registration (required) Work Location: In person- LocationOrangeville, ON
