A competitive compensation program, a full range of benefits and many other activities yet to be discovered are offered.<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS</strong></span></p><ul><li>Day or week schedule, without compulsory overtime;</li><li>Permanent full-time or part-time position;</li><li>Salary starting at $20/hour (depending on experience) ;</li><li>Holidays according to our policy ;</li><li>Paid holiday leave after probation period;</li><li>Paid sick leave policy according to certain criteria;</li><li>Complete group insurance program (including dental) 100% paid by the employer (except long-term disability);</li><li>Recognition of years of service;</li><li>Group RRSP with employer contribution;</li><li>Free parking and public transit nearby;</li><li>Uniform provided, gym on site, social committee, employee discounts;<strong></strong></li></ul><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span><ul><li>Greet customers;</li><li>Prepare floor covering orders manually and/or with a forklift;</li><li>Check orders prepared by colleagues assiduously (sku, lot, quantity, appearance of cartons, stable pallets with no risk of breaking material);</li><li>Receive material and ensure that identical batches are consolidated together, placing different batches of the same product in a different location to avoid errors;</li><li>Load customer vehicles manually or with a sit-down forklift;</li><li>Load carriers in order of priority;</li><li>Take inventory of a rental or product, making sure to consider products already allocated on orders;</li><li>Quickly locate products in their rental and be diligent in searching;</li><li>Respect established technical and Health & Safety procedures;</li><li>Use company-supplied equipment properly and maintain it regularly;</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment and perform certain building and grounds maintenance tasks as required;</li><li>Perform all other related tasks.</li></ul> <br> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>GENERAL SKILLS</strong></span></p><ul><li>Training offered on site, warehouse experience (an asset)</li><li>Be motivated and maintain good attendance;</li><li>Team player;</li><li>Forklift operator training available on site;</li><li>Must be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads (25 kg);</li><li>Forklift operator competency card (asset);</li><li>Be methodical and follow established rules.</li></ul>
