Our client, one of Canada's leading companies, is hiring a Bilingual Talent Management Consultant on a 12-month contract engagement in Montreal, QC! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate-wide Human Resources processes and initiatives that drive effectiveness and business impact. The Consultant, Talent Management is passionate about talent development and employee experience (onboarding). To be successful in this role you will need to have strong collaboration skills and be comfortable in a fast pace environment. Note: This role is hybrid, and being offered in Toronto, ON, and Montreal, QC. Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
