Your mission is to create a supply chain as reliable as a Swiss watch. By optimizing our procurement, inventory, and logistics processes, you will ensure that our customers receive their orders on time, every time. You'll be the go-to person for solving complex supply chain puzzles, always staying several steps ahead to prevent disruptions. You stay on top of the latest supply chain trends and technologies. *ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?* * Develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives aligned with business objectives. Improve Supply Chain Cost Efficiency and negotiate the best deals. * Manage end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to delivery. Oversee Import/Export & Customs Compliance, maximizing opportunities while minimizing our risk. * Optimize inventory levels to balance customer service and cost efficiency; oversee inventory management systems and parts and accessories inventory. * Lead, manage, and hold accountable our logistics and warehouse team; ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. * Foster strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams: Oversee supplier and warranty Administration. * Assist in creating an inventory control system * Maintain inventory accuracy and reorder points * Oversee online orders and outbound order activities * Annual freight invoice reviewing for accuracy * Troubleshoot issues and utilize customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction * Communicate with customs broker on import and export shipments * Create export declarations and BOLs * Maintain import and export compliance processes * Working with the shipping team and cross functional partners on process improvements * Work closely with the sales team to understand and meet customer needs and shipping requirements. *IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:* * Combination of experience in shipping, inventory management, Logistics or operations management * Education in logistics, operations or supply chain * Expeierience with importing and exporting documentation * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Kn- LocationNewcastle, ON
