Our client, a family business with a global reach, established for more than 10 years in Quebec City, is looking for a building maintenance agent to ensure the general maintenance of the premises, both inside and outside the building. In this position, you will have to take on the following challenges: Ensure preventive maintenance and minor repairs Repair of facilities (painting, tiling, carpentry, plumbing, etc.) to ensure a safe environment. Mow the lawn, trim shrubs, collect leaves and manage cleanliness Remove snow from entrances, sidewalks and apply anti-slip products.
