*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by assisting with product selection, demonstrating products, and ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS). * Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services. * Manage time effectively to ensure all customers receive prompt attention during busy periods. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed. * Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. * Assist multilingual customers by providing support in their preferred language when possible. *Experience* * Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, as well as experience with product demos. * Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions accurately. * Proficiency with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
