Here's our story: jobs.td.comThere is a room for all to grow.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Java Developer who is proficient in Java/Spring Integration/Spring Boot/Unix/React and is passionate about building efficient, high performing software in strategic for TD Securities business areas such as Foreign Exchange and Commodities trading. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and technical implementation of interfaces from and to Murex engine, creating innovative solutions to simplify data flows, make improvements in performance in multiple key areas.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing an efficient development processes, finding gaps in integration and deployment procedures and oversee and review the application implementation.Job RequirementsResponsibilitiesDesign and develop efficient upstream and downstream interfaces to and from Murex system.Write efficient code that is maintainable and extensible.Build reusable code and libraries for future use.Optimize an existing and create new interfaces for maximize speed and scalability.Monitor and solve performance issues.Collaborate with business users and the development team in an Agile environment.Oversee and manage multiple strategic initiatives in a group.Skills and Qualifications5+ years of Extensive experience in Core Java, Spring Integration, Spring boot, etc.5+ years of Extensive experience in Unix shell scripting5+ years JavaScript and node.js experience.3+years in AngularJSKnowledge in React an asset.Extensive experience with JIRA, Confluence, Nexus, Jenkins, MavenGood understanding of version control and source code management using Git.Additional Information :Join in on what others in TD Technology Solutions are doing:Inspire a positive work environment and help champion quality, innovation, teamwork and service to the business.Learn voraciously, stretch your thinking, share your knowledge and educate others.Communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical professionals.Cultivate winning relationships by building trust with business and technology partners.Share our commitment to productivity, effect- LocationToronto, ON
