With our rapid growth, we have 12 store in Canada to-date and more to come! _*We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team.*_ *What you?ll do* As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing team and support the creation, development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for Kiokii And. Including but not limited to? - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness - Oversee marketing communication channels, including social media, advertising, press release, influencer collaboration, events and company website - Design and create impactful marketing content, such as videos, graphics, brochures etc. - Collaborate with internal teams to come up with marketing ideas for our products and promotions in order to boost sales - Conduct regular market analyse to understand current market trend, identify gaps and opportunities for our brand - Monitor and analyse the program metrics to measure the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns - Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned *What you?ll need* - Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience - 6 years experience with 2 years leading a team; previous retail experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented, proactive and able to multi-task We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the company.
