*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our vibrant dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires effective management of staff, inventory, and customer service, while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations. * Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering a positive work environment. * Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and financial reporting. * Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring food handling practices. * Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff members. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. * Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. * Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and sales tracking. *Requirements* * Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. * Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management. * Familiarity with POS systems and food handling regulations. * Bartending experience is a plus but not required. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
