*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent patient care and education, ensuring that our patients maintain optimal oral health. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in the prevention of dental diseases and the promotion of overall wellness. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. * Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. * Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records in the software. * Assist in the management of patient flow to ensure efficient office operations. * Collaborate with dentists o provide comprehensive care. * Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and medical terminology. *Qualifications* * Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. * Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients. * Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations. * Familiarity with Maxident software is advantageous. * Understanding of medical terminology related to dental health. *Benefits* * Health allowance * Uniform allowance * Discounted dental care * Performance bonus Join our team and contribute to creating beautiful smiles while ensuring a positive experience for every patient!
