You will provide high-quality service, maintain strong relationships, and work to identify opportunities to meet client staffing needs. This role combines customer service with sales, offering a rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and solving problems.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions to staffing challenges.</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.</li><li>Assist with recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.</li><li>Meet or exceed sales and performance targets.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction throughout the staffing process.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not required.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.</li><li>Goal-oriented and driven to meet performance targets.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with staffing software is a plus).</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage of $17.20 - $22.00 per hour.</li><li>Opportunity for career growth and advancement.</li><li>Comprehensive training and ongoing support.</li><li>Friendly, supportive, and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Employee benefits package available.</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Peel HR is one of the fastest growing HR companies in the GTA.
