JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Care Manager, the Resident LPN Manager (RLM) provides leadership, support, direction and supervision to the front-line nursing staff on an ongoing basis. The RLM plays a key role in taking the lead in the Resident's assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care according to the Resident's individualized Care Plan. The RLM is responsible for facilitating the quality improvement in Resident care by evaluating and monitoring the processes in the care units. The RLM accepts responsibility for continuing competencies through ongoing professional development including participation in education programs, research and continuous quality improvement activities and works within the scope of practice as defined by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of- LocationEdmonton, AB
