Education: College/CEGEP. Work setting: Hospital/medical facility or clinic. Tasks: Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals materials to patients or to biological samples. Perform diagnostic procedures using radioactive materials on biological specimens. Record and process patient data. Provide appropriate care and monitoring of the patient during the examination. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Certification of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists. Certification by a provincial or territorial association.
