*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and a passion for helping others.
*Duties*
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
* Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
* Assist in upselling products and services when appropriate.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
* Provide support in both English to cater to a diverse clientele.
* Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and share feedback with management.
*Skills*
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
* Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
* Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, particularly in French, is highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical skills to assess situations and provide suitable resolutions.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $47,500.00-$51,200.00 per year
