*Location:* ZS Automotive, Mimico, Etobicoke, ON *Shift:* Looking for 1 candidate for each shift * *First Shift:* 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri); 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Sat) * *Second Shift:* 11:00 AM ? 8:00 PM (Mon-Fri); 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Sat) *Compensation:* * *Hourly Rate:* $30 - $35/hr (based on skill and efficiency) * *Overtime:* Potential to work up to 60 hours per week *ZS Automotive* is a rapidly growing, modern auto repair shop committed to providing top-quality service to our customers. We?re looking for a motivated *Automotive Service Technician* to join our team. If you?re eager to grow your skills in a modern environment and have a passion for automotive repair, this is the place for you. *Key Responsibilities:* * Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles * Perform advanced engine repairs and swaps, emissions system diagnostics and repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and other complex automotive services * Mentor and guide junior technicians, providing training and support as needed * Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets company standards * Maintain an efficient, organized, and clean work environment * Work collaboratively with the team to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve challenging issues * Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * *310S* Certification (Automotive Service Technician) * *Must have Basic Tools*, specialized tools will be available * Fully Licensed Driver (G or Equivalent) * Clean driving record (Driver's Abstract to be provided from ServiceOntario) * 3 to 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience, with a proven track record of advanced technical skills * Extensive experience with engine diagnostics, complex engine repairs, suspension systems, brake systems, and electrical troubleshooting * Strong leadership abilities and a willingness to mentor less experienced team members * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex repairs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency * A commitment to staying up-to-date with new automotive technologies and industry advancements If you?re a dedicated, driven technician with a focus on quality and efficiency, we want to hear from you!
