Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (Subcontractor, Commission-Based) *Company:* Renovations Certified *Location:* Greater Toronto Area, ON *Job Type:* Full-time or Part-time *Compensation:* Commission-only Job Overview Renovations Certified is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team as a subcontractor. In this role, you will focus on closing sales by meeting with leads provided by our inside sales team. You will drive to assigned customer locations, conduct in-person consultations, and secure new business by thoroughly understanding each client's renovation needs and offering tailored solutions. This role offers the freedom of working as a subcontractor, allowing you to file expenses and save on taxes. Key Responsibilities * *Close Sales*: Engage directly with qualified leads to secure business, guiding clients through the final stages of the sales process. * *Client Consultations*: Conduct on-site consultations to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions. * *Drive Business Growth*: Leverage your sales expertise to expand market reach and contribute to company revenue goals. * *Collaboration with Inside Sales*: Coordinate with our inside sales team to receive lead assignments and feedback on customer interactions. * *Report Progress*: Maintain and update records of sales activities, client feedback, and close rates using CRM tools such as Salesforce. Duties * Travel to meet with potential clients at designated locations. * Build rapport with clients and listen to their needs to customize renovation solutions. * Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet individual and team targets. * Maintain communication with the inside sales team regarding leads and customer insights. * Remain up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Experience and Skills * *Sales Experience*: Previous experience in outside sales or a similar role focused on closing sales is preferred. * *Interpersonal Skills*: Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. * *Self-Motivated*: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the sales team. * *CRM Familiarity*: Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus. * *Bilingual*: Proficiency in any additional language is beneficial but not required.
