Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Remove bones from meat. Clean and prepare fish and shellfish. Cut fish into steaks and fillets. Experience: Will train. Support for newcomers and refugees: Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
