*Exciting Opportunity: Program Coordinator at S.P.I.K.E. Inc. *
At S.P.I.K.E. Inc., our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. We?re looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team and make a real impact!
*Role Overview:*
As the Program Coordinator, you'll report to the Executive Director and manage the daily operations of our residences, programs, and vehicles. You'll be key in developing training programs, scheduling, and program management.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Maintenance:* Oversee property upkeep, handle maintenance requests, and manage seasonal tasks.
* *Scheduling:* Manage staff schedules, cover absences, and ensure smooth operations.
* *Training/Administration:* Develop and manage training modules, keep files up-to-date, and handle training logistics.
* *Program Development:* Support and expand programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to strategic planning.
* *Proposal Development:* Identify service needs, contribute to staffing proposals, and negotiate funding.
* *Program Evaluation:* Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
*Requirements:*
* Valid Class 5F MB driver?s license
* Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sectors Search
* Clear Adult and Child Abuse Registry Checks
* First Aid and CPR Level C
* NVCI Certification and ASL (asset)
*Pay:* $25.00-$28.00 per hour
*Hours:* Full-time, 40 hours per week, including day/evening shifts and occasional weekends.
