*Job Overview* We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.must have strong English both speaking and written *Duties* * Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. * Conduct regular inspections of premises, including entrances, exits, and surrounding areas. * Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities and identify potential security threats. * Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. * Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities. * Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries. * Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes. * Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property. *Experience* * Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is advantageous. * Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during shifts. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, staff, and law enforcement personnel. * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
