Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team 2-3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Duties - Dispense prescription medications to patients and offer expertise in the safe use of prescriptions -Provide clinical services to patients which includes many opportunities to prescribe - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Maintain accurate patient records and medication histories - Monitor drug interactions and contraindications to prevent harmful effects - Educate patients on proper medication use and answer any medication-related inquiries (prescription and over the counter) Qualifications - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program - Active pharmacist license in good standing - Strong knowledge of community pharmacy practices - Authorization for Additional Prescribing is encouraged but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations Join our team as a Pharmacist to make a meaningful impact on patient care and contribute to the well-being of our community.
